WIC Makes a Healthy Difference!
WIC, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for women, infants and children, is a federal program designed to serve low-income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants and children until age five. WIC services are offered through the Davie County Health Department. WIC provides nutrition tips and education, healthy foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for health care.
