This service is an administrative function under the Medicaid Program and is provided for residents of adult care homes who are eligible for Special Assistance for Adults and Medicaid and also meet Medicaid criteria for Enhanced Adult Care Home Personal Care Services and Case Management for residents of adult care homes who meet Medicaid coverage criteria for being a heavy care resident.
