Services to enable parents or responsible adults to maintain employment, to participate in a job training or educational program that will lead to employment, provide care to children in need of protection to enhance the development of children, and to facilitate the reunification of families, aid families in a crisis and prevent placement of children in foster care.  Provides payment for childcare in licensed childcare centers, family day care homes, or an individual child care arrangement.
