Services that are provided to ensure that absent parents support their children.  These services are provided for public assistance and non-public assistance cases.  Services include location of non-custodial parents, establishment of paternity, establishment and enforcement of child support orders, collection and distribution of payments.  Interstate services are provided to assist with establishment of support when the non-custodial parent lives out of state.
