Children's Medicaid/NC Health Choice for Children

According to recent reparots, Davie County has approximately 3000 uninsured children that may qualify for Medicaid or NC Health Choice.  Parents can apply by mail or in person.  Applications are available for pick-up at the Department of Social Services and/or the Health Department.  For eligibility requirements, please call 751-8800 and ask for children's Medicaid worker.
