In an effort to continue to provide convenience services to the citizens of Davie County, the Application for Employment is now available for download.  Simply click on the link below and print the employment application.  Davie County and its agencies require that the application be completed in printed form with original signature.  It should not be faxed or sent via e-mail.  The completed form can be delivered in person or mailed to the appropriate agency.
